In conjucntion with Puffin's 70th anniversary, the publishers have released a list of their top 70 favourite children's books. Here are the top five:

2. 'Watership Downs' - Richard Adams
3. 'Carrie's War' - Nina Bawden
4. 'Charlotte's Web' - R.B. White
5. 'Charlie and the Chocolate Factory' - Roald Dahl
